Collaboration with SPESIMA Ltd.

For more than 30 years, the Technical University of Sofia has been collaborating with the company “Spesima” on the development of innovative solutions for industrial automation; this partnership has led to the creation and patenting of more than 25 inventions. “Spesima” actively supports students’ practical training, including through a donated robotics laboratory where future engineers gain hands-on knowledge and skills with technologies used in real-world industry. The company has a long-standing tradition of engaging students even while they are still in school, involving them in practical projects, coursework, and thesis projects, with the best among them receiving opportunities for professional growth and development. Joint work on research and innovation projects also makes a significant contribution to this partnership.
