First-year students from three specialties at TU – Sofia without tuition fees

First-year students admitted under the state order during the 2020/2021 academic year in three bachelor's specializations at TU-Sofia will be exempt from tuition fees, the university announced. These are students from "Thermoenergetics and Nuclear Energy" and "Thermal and Refrigeration Technologies and Systems" from the professional field "Energy" and "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" from the professional field "Mathematics", who are included in the List of Professional Fields and Protected Specializations. At the Technical University - Sofia, the regular entrance exams for admission to bachelor's specializations have already been completed. Until 04.07.2020 inclusive, the submission of documents from applicants with a matriculation exam score or with a score from a preliminary entrance exam continues. Documents are accepted at TU-Sofia – Center for Information Resources, Block 2, at the Plovdiv Branch, IPF Sliven, and at regional centers and offices in all provincial towns, every day from 8:30 to 16:00. Documents can also be submitted online. Additional information can be found at https://priem.tu-sofia.bg/ The application documents are:
1. Original Diploma (the diploma is returned upon submission of the documents)
2. Copy of the diploma
3. Completed application form (obtained on-site or printed from the website).
