The opening ceremony of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Technical University of Sofia will be on September 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place in the space between Building 1 and 2 of the University. The faculty opening ceremonies of the 2026/2027 academic year will take place as follows:
Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies – 11:30 a.m. in Hall 1154.
Faculty of Telecommunications – 11:00 a.m. in Hall 1153.
Faculty of Computer Systems and Technologies – 11:00 a.m. in the TechArena Hall (Building 8), for first-year students from all faculty programs.
Faculty of Transport – 11:30 a.m. in Hall 1151.
Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics – 11:30 a.m. in Hall 2130.
Faculty of German Engineering Education and Industrial Management – 11:00 a.m. in Hall 2140.
Faculty of French Engineering Education – 11:30 a.m. in Hall 12601.
Faculty of Automation – 11:00 a.m. in Building 2, Hall 2200.
Faculty of Electrical Engineering – 11:00 a.m., the foyer of Building 12.
Faculty of Power Engineering and Power Machines – 11:00 a.m. in Building 2, Hall 2227.
Faculty of Industrial Technologies – 11:00 a.m. in Building 8, Tsvetan Lazarov Hall.
Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – 11:30 a.m. in Building 4, Hall 4244.
Faculty of Economics – 11:00 a.m. in Building 3, Hall 3239.
