18th International Scientific Conference on Aerospace, Automotive and Railway Engineering and Technologies BulTrans 2026 Opens in Sozopol

The conference is organized by the Faculty of Transport at Technical University of Sofia and is part of the large-scale scientific forum “Science Days” of TU-Sofia. Representatives of universities from eight countries are participating – Romania, Spain, France, the USA, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, and Iran.

Scientific achievements in a number of fields are presented during the three days of the forum: aerospace engineering and technologies, automotive engineering and technologies, internal combustion engines and alternative fuels, dynamics, strength and reliability in transport, information and intelligent technologies in transport, railway engineering and technologies, green transport, transport management and logistics, transport infrastructure, and water transport.

In addition to the plenary presentations and discussions, the program also includes presentations by student teams related to their participation in prestigious international competitions in the field of transport.

The forum is the most prestigious and representative event in the field of air and land transport in Bulgaria, and interest in it grows by the year. Among the reasons is the publication of selected papers in separate volumes indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
