The Faculty of German Engineering Education and Industrial Management awarded diplomas to the 2020 graduates

On 25.11.2021, at a ceremonial event, the Faculty of German Engineering Education and Industrial Management (FaGIEPIM) awarded diplomas to the graduates of the 2020 class. 88 bachelors and masters received their diplomas. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Králov, Rector of the Technical University – Sofia, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Vasil Gálbov, Dean of FaGIEPIM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Velko Ilchev, Vice-Dean, and Prof. Dr. Eng. Stefan Stefanov, one of the founders and long-time Dean of the faculty. In his welcome address, the Dean of the faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Vasil Gálbov, thanked the graduates for the effort put in during their studies, wished them a successful start in the new dimension they are entering – their professional career, and expressed hope that they would remain part of their Alma Mater in the future. The Rector of TU – Sofia, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Králov, congratulated the graduates on their graduation and wished them health, courage, and much success in their professional and personal lives. "Dear graduates, you should be proud of the level of education you have achieved; you are already part of the technical elite of Bulgaria. Continue to learn, keep pace with continuously developing technologies and innovative engineering solutions. The investment in education is the best thing your parents have done; now it is time for you to repay them by achieving successful professional realization." Prof. Králov expressed special thanks to the German state and partner universities, which have invested significant financial resources, knowledge, and experience in the creation and development of FaGIEPIM, so that the education of Bulgarian students could be realized according to the German model. The Rector also thanked the business community for supporting the university in providing the best material and technical conditions for modern education and for offering opportunities to acquire practical knowledge and skills.
