WINTER IT SCHOOL "Design and Application of Modern Micro and Nano Systems"

The ECAD laboratory at the Technical University of Sofia, in partnership with Smartcom Bulgaria AD, are organizing WINTER IT SCHOOL "Design and Application of Modern Micro and Nano Systems".

Start: 09.03.2015 at a convenient time for participants.
The introductory meeting will take place on 26.02.2015 at 15:00 in laboratory 1113.

THE COURSE INCLUDES:
* device, operating principle, MOSFET transistor topology, RFCMOS technology;
* familiarization and practical work with the Cadence IC integrated circuit design system;
* individual project, including the design of a basic electronic circuit (e.g., generator, amplifier, etc.).

The course is free for regular students from FETT, FTK, FCSU, and FA of the Technical University - Sofia !

A certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course, and depending on the results achieved, an internship or job at Smarcom-Bulgaria AD will be offered under a project with the IBM Semiconductor Research and Development Center.
