New specialty at FCSU "Information Technologies in Industry"

The Bachelor's program in "Information Technologies in Industry" aims to prepare broad-profile engineers with in-depth computer training and a focus on modern industrial information systems and computer technologies and their application in various industrial fields and applications. The specialized training includes studying academic courses related to the theoretical foundations of information and computer technologies, as well as methods and tools for processing information flows and integrating them with production processes and technologies. 
The profile-specific training also includes studying elective academic courses organized as modules, which allows students to choose courses in accordance with their own interests and prospects for developing and using information technologies in specific industrial fields. 
Graduates of the specialization will be able to work as information managers, system administrators, developers of industrial software products and services, and developers of industrial networks and communications in small, medium, and large enterprises in all areas of industry, such as enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering production; 

• engineering firms in the field of industrial automation and intra-plant logistics;

• companies creating and developing new industrial information systems; 

• companies creating and developing industrial communication systems and networks;
