Administrative services for issuing academic transcripts and certificates of average marks are free of charge for:
- Graduates of the Technical University of Sofia who, at the time of requesting the service, have not yet been awarded a degree;
- Mobility under the ‘ERASMUS’ sectoral programme;
- for competitions for the award of government study grants through the Ministry of Education and Science;
- for other academic scholarships awarded through the university;
- for students with children under the age of 6 (six).
The Rector may reduce or waive the fee for an administrative service pursuant to Article 90 of the Higher Education Act.
This Order shall enter into force on 1 March 2026 and repeals Order No. 340 of 3 February 2021.
This Order shall be brought to the attention of the relevant parties for their information and implementation.
