About the project
Conditions for precipitation and obtaining nanocrystals of uniform size from piezo salts without and in the presence of doping additives or photosensitive substances.
- The dependence between the morphology of the piezo layer without and with doping additives and the piezo effect generated by it will be established.
- Clarification of the action of polymer and biopolymer matrices, as well as photomaterials, on the arrangement and properties of nanocrystals.
The direct results of the accumulated new theoretical knowledge will be:
- Development of new technologies for electrophoretic deposition of nanocrystals from piezo salts with an enhanced piezo effect, both without and with polymer and biopolymer matrices.
- Development of new technologies for electrophoretic deposition of nanocrystals from piezo salts with photosensitive substances.
The production and characterization of piezo structures from nanocrystals will enable the development of new MEMS, systems for converting energy from the environment, highly sensitive sensors, clock generators, and other nanoscale elements and systems.
