The English Language Faculty of Engineering was founded in 1992. It provides training to students in the broad field of Industrial Engineering.

The training is conducted in English, and it follows the curricula and syllabi, which largely cover the content of the majors and specializations at Brunel University of London (United Kingdom) and University College Dublin (Ireland).

Prominent lecturers from almost all faculties of Technical University of Sofia are involved in the educational process. Most of them have completed their specializations within joint projects at universities abroad.
