Our trustees are among the University’s finest alumni. They are distinguished experts in their fields, and well-known authority public figures. They actively contribute to the resolution of the University’s current challenges and to the establishment of a direct, closer and more productive relations with the requirements of industrial practice, the media, and public and professional organizations.
The Board of Trustees formulates opinions and promotes the University’s core activities to achieve its strategic objectives of adapting to the conditions of competitiveness within the EU and aligning them with European educational standards.
The Board of Trustees also considers draft proposals for the mandate programme, the budget, and the adoption, amendment and supplementation of the regulations, the annual financial statements, etc.
