Traditional Annual "Pythagoras" Awards 2016

NOMINATIONS FOR THE "PYTHAGORAS" AWARD 2016, FOR SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION
TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE, ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL APRIL 19

This year, the MES will also award the traditional annual "Pythagoras" awards for significant contribution to the development of science. Nominations for the award recipients are to be sent to the address: Ministry of Education and Science, Directorate "Science", 2A Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd., Sofia 1000.

The awards are in the following categories:
Grand Award for overall contribution to the development of science;
Grand Award for successful leadership of international projects;
Grand Prize for Young Scientist;
Award for an Established Scientist in the Field of:
                   - Health and Medical Sciences
                   - Natural and Engineering Sciences
                   - Humanities and Social Sciences
Award for a Scientific Team with Successful Exploitation and Commercialization of Research Results;
Award for a Scientific Book;
Award for a Popular Science Book for Children;
Award for the company with the highest investments in scientific activities.
